Attend a private session and I will look into your practise and focus on areas of weakness or tension. This session will work the body from head to toe and will leave you feeling stronger, lengthened and toned. I will tailor a class to you and your needs. Sign up and pay for a block of 5 and get a 10% discount.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me before cancelling, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A charge of half the amount will added for any cancellations less than this time frame.
