With the Platinum membership you will receive unlimited classes a year this gives you the opportunity to use these classes. Our classes run for 48 weeks of the year.

We will always do our best to cover classes. If this is not possible you will receive a video to use at home. You will still have your unlimited classes for the year to use.

There is no commitment to continue if you feel the class is not for you.

The classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate, I offer options to suit your level based on your ability. If you have any injuries please ensure you have been given the go ahead by your doctor to exercise. If you have recently had a baby and wish to return to exercise thats great you just need to be 6 weeks post natal and be given the sign off by your midwife. You must complete and sign a health form before attending your first class.

I get a lot of questions about monthly payments and how they work. All members pay for unlimited Pilates classes per year. These are split into 12 equal monthly payments. This includes closures of - 2 weeks over Christmas, Easter weekend, 2 weeks in the summer. I aim to be open for 48 weeks of the year which allows me the flexibility.


Pilates is a low-impact workout, making it a good option. Pilates is a whole-body fitness that can improve movement, strength, and control that was created by Joseph Pilates. It combines core work, torso stability, strength training, and flexibility into one workout, allowing you to increase flexibility, improve posture, work your core, boost energy, and increase your mind-body connection.
