All my classes offer modifications on the exercises giving you the opportunity to practise at your level and abilities, you are very welcome to rest or change your level without any judgement. Please ensure you have completed the health waiver before attending any class.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you book a class and do not attend you will still be charged. Spaces are limited in some classes so please try to cancel within 8 hours for a full refund or change to another class, so someone else can have your spot on the mat.

Pilates is a low-impact workout, making it a good option. Pilates is a whole-body fitness that can improve movement, strength, and control that was created by Joseph Pilates. It combines core work, torso stability, strength training, and flexibility into one workout, allowing you to increase flexibility, improve posture, work your core, boost energy, and increase your mind-body connection.
