This is a Live On Line Pilates Class for all abilities and levels. This is only on line.
A mat Pilates class which sometimes uses small equipment such as resistance band, weights or soft ball. This class is a welcoming and relaxed class. This is a 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour class. This can be booked as a Pay as you go or part of a membership or pass.
Please ensure you have completed the waiver before attending any class.
Classes are subject to a 6 hour cancellation policy if your booking is cancelled after this time a £5 charge is taken.
Pilates is a low-impact workout, making it a good option. Pilates is a whole-body fitness that can improve movement, strength, and control that was created by Joseph Pilates. It combines core work, torso stability, strength training, and flexibility into one workout, allowing you to increase flexibility, improve posture, work your core, boost energy, and increase your mind-body connection
