This is a 4 week course covering Pilates Props!
This is available as an add on class if you are on a package at a discounted rate of 50% discount.
Each week uses a different piece of small equipment so clients feel variety and progression:
Week 1 – Resistance Bands & Strength
• Focus: upper + lower body strength, posture correction.
• Moves: banded rows, banded bridges, standing side steps.
Week 2 – Pilates Ball (Mini Stability Ball)
• Focus: balance, stability, and deep core.
• Moves: ball squeezes for inner thighs, seated twists, ball under back for core work.
Week 3 – Pilates Ring (Magic Circle)
• Focus: toning & muscle activation.
• Moves: ring squeezes (arms, thighs), bridge with ring, side leg presses.
Week 4 – Weights
• Focus: full-body integration & flow.
• Moves: weighted arm sequence, foam roller balance, rolling spine massage.
• End with a full equipment circuit combining all props.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you book a class and do not attend you will still be charged. Spaces are limited in some classes so please try to cancel within 8 hours for a full refund or change to another class, so someone else can have your spot on the mat.
