Private one - one

This is a private One to One session for a hour. In this hour we will talk about your body and health. What it is that bought you to the session and what you are looking to take away from the session.
Your goals and ideas along with how we can achieve this. We will talk about your general health and well being and between us we will create a plan that is achievable and set targets. Private 1:1 Pilates training sessions are an excellent way to start doing Pilates. We will observe and work with you in detail, whilst you are performing the exercises, enabling you to perfect your technique and make progress towards your goals much quicker. The session is entirely focused on you, allowing you to concentrate on precisely what you and your body require.
