Family Fun Saturday Workshop

One Saturday a month we will be holding a special Parent & Child Pilates Workshop, this will be held at our lovely Salvation Army site, which is bright and with lots of space.

The workshop will be for 1.5hours with a break for tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks for everyone.

A chance to chat and generally have some bonding time with your child/children.

We will be doing partner work, learning breathing techniques to help with anxiety, and general life pressures. Most of all this is going to be great fun.

Children aged 4 upwards are all welcome.

We will provide children with mats, if you can please bring your own mat. If you do not have one please let us know.

Price is for one adult and child, if you wish to add more children you can do so please add them in as members of family and use the code SSAT

£18.00 £4 per each child after

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you book a class and do not attend you will still be charged. Spaces are limited in some classes so please try to cancel within 8 hours for a full refund or change to another class, so someone else can have your spot on the mat.

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your class within less than 4 hours then cancellation policy will apply. NO REFUND
