Exercises included: Windmill arms, Dead Bug Supine, Bridge Leg Lift, Single Leg Stretch, Hip Rolls, Roll Down, Side Lying Leg Circles and Lifts, Prone Leg Beats, 4 Point Kneeling.

If you are doing this class please be mindful you take time to listen to your body, rest or stop if you feel this is too much. A motivating class with a relaxing feel.
