This special Christmas workshop is one not to be missed. A festive theme with lots of Christmas songs with a hot chocolate and baby ones too along with mince pies and Christmas cupcakes.

This special Parent & Child Pilates Workshop, this will be held at our lovely Salvation Army site, which is bright and with lots of space.

A chance to chat and generally have some bonding time with your child/children.

We will be doing partner work, learning breathing techniques to help with anxiety, and general life pressures. Most of all this is going to be great fun.

Children aged 1 year upwards are all welcome.

The workshop will be for 1 hour 15 mins with a break for tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks for everyone.

We will provide children with mats, if you can please bring your own mat. If you do not have one please let us know.

Price is for one adult and up to 2 children if you wish to add more children you can please let us know. as there is an extra charge of £2.50 per child
